Lost Packages
JUNTAME is not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages, although we are happy to help locate it to the best of our ability in the event that your package is not successfully delivered. A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, insurance will not cover the loss. If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, you will have to follow up with the shipping company yourself.Β Please note that a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place.
